The Session Catalogue
Three Sessions, Three Different Purposes
Each Latterly session is designed around a single organisational task — indexing, reading, or maintaining. Choose the one that corresponds to the work your household currently needs.

How Every Latterly Session Is Run
Step 01
Enquiry and Scheduling
An enquiry is received, the appropriate session is confirmed, and a date is scheduled. Preparatory notes are sent to the participant in advance.
Step 02
Preparation
For the indexing session, participants are asked to gather relevant household documents. For the reading course, source documents are printed by Latterly in advance.
Step 03
The Session
Sessions take place at the KL Gateway Mall room. Activities remain within the stated scope — organisation and document reading only, no interpretation.
Step 04
Written Output
Every session closes with a numbered written output — an index sheet, a reading log, or a sorted folder — given to the participant at the close of the session.
Session 01
Personal Records Indexing Session
A two-hour one-on-one session that produces a personal records index — a numbered list of every important household paper, where it is filed, and which official channel can be consulted for further reading. The session is purely organisational. It does not interpret the documents themselves or address individual circumstances beyond labelling.
Participants work through Latterly's standard index template with the session leader, matching their actual documents to each category, noting location, and flagging any categories for which no document is currently held. The completed index is printed and given to the participant at the close of the session.
Numbered index of all household documents produced during session
Filing location noted for each document category
Official source reference attached to each category
Missing document categories flagged in the index
Printed index handed to participant at close — no copies retained
Session 02
Public Source Reading Course
A six-session course in which participants read together through publicly available materials on national retirement schemes — official summaries, FAQ pages, and public-source explainers — at a deliberate pace. The course leader points readers to relevant pages but does not interpret them for any participant's individual situation.
Participants leave with a personal reading log — a numbered record of every page read and every source consulted across the six sessions — and a printed reference list of all public-source documents used during the course. The course typically covers EPF member documents, KWAP public summaries, and SOCSO participant guides.
Six 90-minute group sessions over 6–12 weeks
Personal reading log produced and updated across all sessions
Printed reference list of all public-source documents consulted
Materials sourced only from official national publications
Pace set collectively by the group at each session's opening
Session 03
Household Records Programme — Annual
A year-long programme for households that want to maintain a consistent records folder on a regular rhythm. Includes a setup session, three quarterly check-ins, and a closing review at which the folder is refreshed and re-organised. The programme is organisational only and does not interpret documents or advise on individual situations.
At year-end, households receive the structured records folder itself — pre-labelled with the categories agreed at setup, containing the index updated across all five touchpoints, and ready to be maintained independently. The quarterly check-in structure is designed so that maintaining the folder becomes a household habit rather than an annual task.
Setup session to establish folder structure and document categories
Three quarterly check-ins to add new documents and refresh labels
Closing review at which folder is re-organised and index finalised
Physical structured folder delivered to household at year-end
Same named session leader attends all five annual touchpoints
